Codec order in 7.9

Where does that codec order come from? Is this the codecs the player are
announcing to the server?

How does your custom-convert.conf look like? There's none by default.

There have been changes to the transcoding framework provided by
LMS0815. But that was almost two and a half years ago. I'd be very much
surprised if such a major issue had not been discovered yet?!?
