NHK Radio streams - geoblocked?

Hi all.

I have found the page on NHK's website that has streams of their 3 radio services here:

http://www3.nhk.or.jp/netradio/

However, clicking on the icon to play nothing happens. Are these streams geoblocked or is there another reason? I'd be very interested to hear them.
