I've been a squeezebox user for some time now, and have gone through ups and downs with the products and software, but still have an squeezebox2, radio, and RPi (hated my Duet!) running with my LMS. However, recently I acquired a Sonos Play1 through a relative, and to be honest, it's quite nice for what it does. And my wife far prefers the interface on the iOS software. So here's the quandary: I have my RPi tied in to my living room stereo and don't want to spend the $$ to replace it with a Sonos Connect, my wife loves the Play1 and, to be honest it's perfect for our bedroom. Is there any way to control the Sonos via software that will also control my squeezeboxes OR, conversely, control my squeezeboxes through the Sonos software? I have iPeng and like it. As I mentioned earlier, my wife like the simpler Sonos software. We could use both, but it just seems inefficient and unnecessarily complicated. Ideas?
