transferring to new machine

There's no tool I'm aware of. But you can copy the configuration to a
certain degree: it's all in the prefs folder (see Settings/Information)
and its plugin sub-folder. You'll just have to make sure to get rid of
all paths in those files, and the server_uuid in server.prefs.
