Scanning Error Code -4 with an mp4 file

Hi when I rescan my library, it's failing to scan a small number of mp4 files which I have created via audio hijack. The message read "Skipping audio file passed to scan_video. (This will be fixed later.)(code -4)"

Any ideas on how I get round this?
