LMS stopped starting

I installed logitechmediaserver-7.9.1-0.1.1509357021.noarch on CentOS 7.4.1708 yesterday. It's been working fine in spite of some issues with spotty (which I'll report later). After selecting a few plugins for installation LMS no longer opens port 9000. After multiple restarts I'm unable to resolve.
