Couldn't resolve I.P address

Hi,
I have a Squeezebox Touch running with a Synology NAS, controlling the SBT from my laptop. Everything has worked fine for years until yesterday and now I can't connect to any radio stations and get the error "couldn't resolve IP address".

Last week I installed a new Virgin router so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I am a complete novice when it comes to this sort of stuff, so any plain language help anyone can offer would be much appreciated!
