media server no longer working sbs2003

Hi

Last night media server stopped working. When i look in diagnostics it says it failed to open the three ports it needs. Also says possible conflict with another program.

Ports are open in the firewall? I reebooted the server and it persists. I reinstalled media server and it persists.

I did not install any new software just prior to it falling over.

Any ideas what to check.
